My treatment approach is integrative, using a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based interventions to create a treatment plan that best tailors the client's needs and goals.
I strive to create and provide a collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space for my clients.
