I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 13 years experience helping people from age 4 to age 84. I most prefer working with teenagers, adults and seniors. I have training in CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reductiion and Motivational Interviewing. I can help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and relationship problems.
I will always be respectful of your values, strengths and unique challenges. I will seek first to understand and then help you find solutions that are right for you.
