I'm a trauma-informed psychotherapist specializing in OCD and anxiety-related disorders, and there are few things I love more than helping others find the relief they deserve. I have dedicated the entirety of my practice to treating anxiety, and primarily work with OCD, hoarding, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and eating disorders. I also specialize in supporting individuals with complex trauma histories, especially those who have experienced sexual trauma, familial trauma, and exposure to violence.
I offer exposure and response prevention with CBT for OCD and anxiety-related disorders to both children and adults, and long-term psychotherapy exclusively to children and adolescents. Therapy with me is action-oriented, compassionate, and thorough. Together, we will develop a comprehensive treatment plan designed to help you achieve your goals.
