The process of committing to therapy can seem daunting. Adding to an already busy calendar and finding a therapist you can trust is all too overwhelming. Instead, I view therapy as a collaboration between therapist and client, meeting you were you are at to help you gain a deeper understanding of your experience and make lasting change. Ultimately, you are the expert of your life and I consider it the highest of privileges to be trusted with your personal experience.
I view problems from a family systems perspective. Whether you are coming for couples, family, or individual therapy, I will work with you on identifying all the factors in your system (family, school, work, etc.) contributing to the “problem.” I am a firm believer that everything that makes you "you" should be explored in order to experience lasting change.
