With an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, my clinical interests span men's issues, career concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem, depression, relationships, anxiety, boundaries, sexuality, and trauma. I’m interested in supporting neurodiverse clients
I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), parts and somatic approaches, and trauma-informed neuro-affirming practices to facilitate healing. Because of this, I believe how we manage and respond to stress is based on our early relationship experiences. I also integrate attachment theory and mindfulness-based approaches into psychotherapy
