I strive to consistently build trust and safety in our communications and in our therapeutic relationship.
As a clinical psychotherapist who appreciates the whole of each client, I’ll work with you to help determine your highest goals while utilizing the most effective treatment modalities. These can include components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness/Awareness practices, EMDR (S.A.F.E. Modality), and existential inquiry, among others.
