Time In Range: virtual group for people w diabetes
Having diabetes can be stressful, whether newly diagnosed or an experienced sugar warrior. Sometimes we all need a bit of guidance or advice from others who share similar experiences. Time in Range is a group for diabetics to come and discuss what's on their minds. Topics include: stress, burnout, cravings, mood, food, and my blood sugars. These are just a few examples of what we will discuss.
