Hello, my name is Tristen and I am accepting new clients in Oregon! I am so excited to work with you on your journey to better connect with yourself. Using a relational, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach, I believe that everyone harnesses resilience and should feel empowered in their relationships, and this practice may begin in therapy. As such, I aim to co-create a safe space where you can feel fully heard, understood, and develop insight into the challenges and strengths you experience.
I welcome teens and adults of ages 14 and older who may be struggling with eating disorders, body image distress, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, low self-esteem, family and relational concerns, trauma/PTSD, substance use concerns, teenage challenges, and life transitions.
