Each person is unique in regards to what they have been through, how they process information and events, and the perspective from which they look upon events that have happened in their life. For this reason, I like to take a comprehensive and collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside you, to find the most supportive and beneficial approach for you. My hope is to provide a space where you feel comfortable to process and learn new tools that will help you overcome challenges allowing you to lean into a fulfilling life.
I apply a variety of approaches depending on what best suits your needs. I have specialized trainings in EMDR, Postpartum Depression & related disorders, EFT for couples, Imago therapy for couples, and Advanced Diagnosis, Management & treatment for Personality Disorders.
My goal is to help you move through what ever it is that you have or are currently experiencing. Together we will come up with a plan that fits your needs and will also allow you to learn and grow in different aspects of your life.
