I believe healing and growth thrive within a trusting and collaborative relationship. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, confused, or uninspired, I can help guide you towards clarity and meaning. I primarily work with adults who have experienced trauma. I have specific expertise related to sexual assault/childhood sexual abuse, identity, self-esteem, sexuality, sex and intimacy, and mind-body awareness. I also support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic-Stress Disorder, dissociation, relationship conflicts, LGBTQIA+ issues, and grief/loss.
I work in a variety of modalities that support the healing of trauma. I am a Registered Art Therapist. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I completed an AASECT-approved Certificate in Sex Therapy. I will encourage you to be self-reflective, support new explorations, and compassionately challenge you towards your goals.
The therapy process can be difficult, scary, and messy... and so rewarding! That's why we will make room for both the hard stuff and the joyful, humorous parts of life. By co-creating our therapy space, my hope is that we can honor all of these moments together, in ways that feel most authentic to you on your healing path.
