Through unconditional positive regard, compassion, and building resiliency, I believe that therapy can be a foundation for change, as well as foster hope. My counseling approach is eclectic, focusing on a person's infinite self-worth, as well as psycho-social background. I specialize in working with individuals who are suffering from the human experience and believe we all deserve a safe space to work through adversity with a safe other.
