I help those who have experienced past traumatic events or are experiencing an abundance of life stressors work toward inner peace and wholeness. I love to work collaboratively, helping you develop awareness, connection, insight and purpose. Trisha graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Health Psychology Body Mind and Spirit from Bastyr University and received her Master of Arts from Antioch University of Seattle in Child Couple Family Therapy. She is a licensed mental counselor in the state of Washington.
Trisha is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ) and believes that using warmth, humor and an integrative approach so that clients can successfully heal and grow. Now accepting new telehealth patients only.
