I want to empower you with every resource and skill available to help you along your road to healing. Primarily I use EMDR therapy and psychoeducation to help individuals overcome their trauma. I have years of experience working with individuals with complex PTDS as well as couples dealing with relationship issues related to trauma.
I am passionate about my work, I keep my client load small so I can focus on you, and be engaged, and authentic in session. Therapy is a collaborative process, the relationship between client and counselor is often more important than what therapeutic modality you use.
