I specialize in working with individuals dealing with chronic illnesses (dysautonomia and autoimmune illnesses), life transitions, self-worth/self-esteem issues, anxiety, and depression. I work to create a safe, comfortable space for you to explore your feelings and your needs, and we work together to develop a plan to achieve your goals for therapy.

With more specific goals, such as coping and self-care skills, learning resilience, being able to grieve and process the life you once had/the person you were prior to your diagnosis – we can work on these, and any other goals you may have.
