As a Clinical Social Worker, I look closely at the environment and systems impacting a person, and family of origin issues, as they impact the current quality of life of the person. I also offer Cognitive Behavioral strategies to support individuals in changing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I offer support, and assist in setting goals and coaching.
