As a professional coach specializing in victims who have suffered abuse, be it physical, emotional, verbal, spiritual, psychological, or financial, I can help you make a plan for the future. Asking often difficult, probing questions I can help you discover answers that are already hiding deep within you. I will partner with you in a thought-provoking and creative process to inspire you to maximize your potential. I believe you are the expert in your own life. My goal is to help guide you to your own wholeness, creativity and resourcefulness. If you come to me, expect to work, but expect to make progress towards healing.
I not only work w/ victims of domestic abuse (partner or parental) but also I work with victims of violent crime. My daughter was murdered, so I have had to learn how to deal with her death, and believe me, it takes help! So, I work w/ clients dealing with grief, trauma, and their journey back to wholeness. As a prior trauma nurse, I have unique insights into trauma. I recognize what it takes to survive and ultimately win.
