I want to help individuals and families achieve whatever solutions and life changes they may be looking for while making the therapy process an enjoyable experience. Beginning therapy can be intimidating and choosing to take that first step takes hope and courage. My goal is to help others find joy in life and be able to live their life to the fullest. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. I work from a Christian perspective when desired.
I want to provide hope to those struggling in bad relationships and those who feel lost in trauma, anxiety, and anger, as well as those looking to find meaning and purpose in work, family, friendships, spirituality, and all life areas. As an Adlerian therapist I use a positive and holistic approach to therapy based on encouragement and strengths.
I want to support individuals, couples, and families in finding healing and understanding within themselves and their relationships. I am certified in Prepare Enrich for work with couples as well as the use of techniques that promote communication and friendship in relationships and positive, healthy ways to manage conflict and improve intimacy.
