Offering Walk and Talk Sessions in Richmond and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) remotely throughout Virginia! My approach is founded upon the relationship I have with each client by creating a safe, comfortable environment with empathy, genuineness, and a sense of humor. I help clients to identify, express, and understand emotions so that they may better manage them. Therapy can also aid in understanding and changing patterns in relationships that may contribute to distress. I welcome conversations with clients about our relationship, as this can be very useful in shedding light on other relationships in their lives.
I specialize in helping you build insight, increase self- awareness through compassionate observation, and therefore increasing your ability to change. Sometimes change includes a shift in your perception, sometimes it includes real-time action. Either way, we will work proactively, together.
I know that starting therapy can seem daunting. I'm here to make the process as smooth as possible, and to answer any questions along the way. I can say from my experience on the "other side of the chair," that it is so worth it to take that step. Please reach out to me via email or book an appointment directly on my website. All inquiries are welcome.
