I work with a client age range of 10 years and older through late adulthood. I work with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, attachment, and a variety of stress inducing struggles. I love helping those who are motivated for change as well as those who need a different perspective.
I work with clients in crisis, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and attachment in family and individual settings. I work with people who need help with communicating with their partner and/or other family members. I can help individuals, couples, and families navigate through difficult times through effective communication, boundaries, and coping skills.
I create a safe and inviting space for my clients to be open and feel heard, accepted, and respected. I use genuine authenticity to help challenge you to create the sustainable changes that you want to make and together we will create a plan to help you reach your goals.
