I currently have a waitlist but am happy to place you on it if desired. I work with people who desire to lead fulfilling lives but struggle to do so for a variety of reasons. My clients often find difficult to open up to others, or find themselves haunted by past events. They try to "brush off" challenging experiences to lesser and lesser degrees of success. individuals with trauma, complicated relationships with parents, sexual shame, or histories of sexual or physical abuse are common in my practice. We can strengthen your ability to tolerate painful emotions and uncomfortable previous experiences.
I see men and women individually and also seasonally provide group therapy for individuals who want to work through their trauma in community. I typically work out of a lens known as narrative-focused trauma care. It's another way of saying that we closely look at your childhood experiences and see how they inform your present life.

Working Through Past Trauma Group
This is a group for men and women interested in gaining insight into how your pasts shape how you live today. With that insight you will learn how to lead more courageous and fulfilling lives. You will have a creative writing prompt, lesson plans that explain the neurobiological impact of trauma on the brain and body, and practice in how to engage others in a healing and productive way. *Currently meeting virtually from the comfort of your own home!*
