I can help adults who experienced trauma or loss, feeling stuck, anxiety, depression, anger or have relationship struggles.
I use specific techniques (i.e. Brainspotting and Comprehensive Resource Model) that integrate the mind and the body to alleviate symptoms and create change at a deeper, neurobiological level than traditional talk therapy. These techniques get to the root of the issue to produce lasting results.
