We all go through difficulties at one point or another in our lives. It is natural to seek out connection and validation when we feel vulnerable. Rather than navigating these challenges on your own, therapy provides an opportunity where you can get support and learn new ways of coping to make meaningful changes in your life. In therapy, I create a supportive and safe space to help individuals process their current struggles and share their personal experiences in order to find healing and transformation.
Whether we are working on navigating stress, parenting or addressing depression/anxiety, I use a client-centered and goal-focused approach, drawing tools from different types of therapy. My aim is to empower my clients, help them learn new coping strategies and skills and deepen their understanding of themselves.
Beyond being a therapist, I'm a daughter raised in a Filipino-American immigrant family, a wife, a mom to two active young kids and a travel enthusiast.
