My mission is to facilitate outstanding treatment for a variety of mental health issues, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, women's issues, stress management, overall navigation of the mental health system, and stressors of parenthood. In addition, I am certified in trauma treatment, as well as tech addiction and digital wellbeing.
I understand that therapy and mental health treatment cannot work with a one-size-fits-all approach- if therapy at TCTC is not the right fit, I will refer and connect you with a more appropriate treatment or level care.
