Have you ever been to counseling and just felt awkward the whole time? Yeah, me too. I pride myself on making the process of counseling enjoyable, even when it's difficult, by building trust, being genuine, and being relatable as a human, not a clinician. I strive always to be intentional about how to approach each and every individual's unique situation. Whether you are wrestling with anxiety or depression, stress from big life changes, relationship troubles, or coming to grips with past traumas, I would be honored to work with you to navigate these challenges you may be facing.
I like to take a holistic approach to counseling that encompasses 5 categories of health that contribute to, or detract from, overall wellness: physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual. I believe these categories are all interconnected and, should all be considered together. My goal is to help you implement healthy habits in these domains.
