The main goal with this is that no matter the pain or stress, you are not enduring it alone. Throughout our work together we will work on building tools and strategies for overcoming life's stressors as well as seeking deeper meaning from our struggles.
I have a Doctorate and Masters in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University and have been working in the field since 2014. Throughout my training, I have gained specialties in working with adults with substance use and addiction, depression, anxiety, couples work, and families.
