With over 15 years working in this field, I specialize in the treatment of symptoms stemming from life changes, challenging relationships (familial and romantic), self defeating patterns of thought and behavior, trauma (both in childhood and in adulthood), substance use, and feeling stuck. I can help you explore new ways to be resilient, and feel more at home in your own body.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for clients with a history of trauma. In addition to EMDR, I use Mindfulness, and CBT/DBT techniques. These all tie together with the underlying belief that you are resilient and can heal yourself with some gentle guidance.
