Clients who come to my therapy are interested in making changes in their life towards creating a life they feel happy of living! Interpersonal conflict, emotional distress, and life stressors can have an impact on our mental and overall wellbeing. Therapy allows for clients to uncover some of their internal conflict, emotional disruptions, and ways of change in a safe environment.
I work with young adults, adults, and seniors (+65) on a wide range of issues, I also see couples and families. I use a variety of methods to support my clients on their therapeutic journey, such as DBT and psychodynamic theory.
I believe that therapy can allow us a space and time to focus on ourselves, which is becoming more and more difficult in our social world. I aspire to empower my clients to see disruptions and maladaptive patterns to help them make a change in their life.
