Hello! My name is Treva Gilliard and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New York (073346). Anxiety, Depression, and Stress-related disorders are my areas of practice. My preferred therapy approach is collaborative. It is my role to offer nonjudgmental support in a way that will increase your level of hope and self-confidence to effectively take ownership of your treatment journey.
I am pleased to work with clients between the ages of 24 and 64. Many seek to learn skills to manage anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions due to transitions and life challenges. These are important years to grow into the best we can be in order to enjoy the quality of life we deserve.
I use a variety of evidence-based informed practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I will prove recommendations but you as the expert on your life will decide the best way to reach your goals.
