I work with primarily with couples, but also see families and individuals interested in systemic therapy. I work with clients interested in deepening their relationship, particularly in times of stress or entering a new period in their life. My clients are interested in growing their sense of self and their understanding of how they can function best in their romantic and familial relationships.
I help with intimacy, emotional connection, creation of a strong foundation for couples to grow and become aware of themselves and their role in their relationships. I am emotionally- and client-focused and utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques. I am particularly interested in working with couples where one member is a survivor of sexual trauma.
I believe in the strength of each individual and their ability to overcome obstacles in their life. My goal is to provide an open, welcoming, and safe space for my clients to reach their authentic self.
