I help adults ages 18+ develop coping skills, understand their own abilities and resourcefulness while developing skills to help them on their healing journeys.
My goal in therapy is to provide a safe place for you to heal and develop a plan with you that will help you reach your therapeutic goals. I integrate adlerian and cognitive behavior therapy as well as other evidence and research-based therapeutic models in my work.
