My job is to help you address, modify, explore, change or just understand those behaviors, emotions and thoughts so that you can maximize your potential and be the best you that you can be!
I have a unique educational and experiential background. I began my studies at Duke University and also have degrees from Columbia University and St. John's University. I have worked in senior positions at the NYPD, FDNY, and the US Army. I have specialized skills and training working with survivors of trauma and I am also skilled in clinical assessment.
