I strive to create an inviting, calm, non-judgmental, supportive, collaborative environment for you. My focus is working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, poor self esteem, peer conflict, family issues, grief, past adverse experiences, life transitions, or general life stress and overwhelm. Together, we can help you to build better life balance, positive coping skills, greater emotional regulation in addition to exploring emotional, spiritual, intellectual, career, educational, and physical/health related goals.
I typically use person centered, mindfulness based, ACT, and CBT techniques and interventions. We will be highly collaborative in setting & working towards your goals. I see individuals of all ages, backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, cultures, & beliefs. Above all, I work to understand who you are as a unique person.
My hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays in office 7am-1pm, Fridays Telehealth only 7am-1pm. Email is the best way to get in contact with me. I also have interns/provisional licensed counselors on staff that are able to see clients on a very affordable sliding scale fee and are available in the afternoons and weekends.
