My name is Treasa and I am a licensed therapist. I first got into this field because of my own experiences with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, hearing loss, a child of an addict, codependency and attachment issues. I realized that I can help others try to understand, feel validated and realize they are not alone in the struggle.
There is a great deal of information about mental illness, symptoms, and interventions that have not been discussed. Learning new insights and perspectives on your symptoms can help you identify the challenges and areas to implement a healthy coping mechanisms.
I have a late dx of ADHD, CPTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and in the past it would paralyze me. Now I am learning how to embrace the storms, anchor down with my values and manifest it toward my bestest self in order to share the knowledge and resolutions with others.
