When life throws you a curveball, even if it's an expected curve, it can take your feet right out from under you. It is my hope in counseling to help you find your footing again. To help you discover the strengths you didn't know or may have forgotten, you have within you. I work with individuals, couples, and families to find hope when you are knocked off your feet by some curves like interpersonal relationship distress, infidelity, empty nest, chapter of life changes, worry, work stress, and parent/adult relationships. Through a heartfelt relationship with those who are struggling to find their footing, I engage in therapy with empathy and compassion for the hurts and struggles you have faced. As we journey together we help you identify the problematic thought patterns, underlying beliefs, and truth of who you were made to be so you can live wholeheartedly.
One of the most difficult things is to take a chance and be vulnerable with another person, even if they are a counselor.
