I seek to offer a welcoming and casual environment that generates peace even in the midst of the most stressful and challenging situations. I am passionate about working with people going through significant life transitions and stressors, and especially men that are venturing into the realm of emotional authenticity and vulnerability for the first time.
I believe that real change and healing can only happen through an honest and transparent relationship. My goal will always be to meet people in some of the hardest places of their lives, walk through that tough space with them in a nonjudgmental and personalized manner, and cheer them on as they make practical, effective adjustments for the goals they set.
