We're accepting new clients! Hi, my name is Monica Robbins, and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with over 25 years of experience as a substance use counselor. I am experienced in working with teens, adults, and elders. I am skilled in many issues including, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, parenting, codependency, plus any life transitions you may be going through.
I believe you already have the tools you need, so we will focus on your strengths to develop them, I will be your biggest cheerleader. My eclectic, client-centered therapy style is a combination of solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, with some psychoanalysis sprinkled in.
