I specialize in helping individuals and families to understand, recover, and remain in remission from various disorders such as anxiety and depression. I also help with relationship conflicts, difficulties with life stressors, and making desired changes in thoughts and behaviors.
With individuals, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy as well as a person centered approach to assist you with your goals for treatment. For couples, I utilize a combination of emotionally focused couples therapy and Gottman's Method.
