We are accepting new clients. Hi, I'm Kirsten and I have experience with adults and teens impacted by depression and anxiety. I provide support for folks experiencing challenges such as self esteem, identity issues, career challenges, and relationship difficulties. My approach includes strength based, attachment based, and family systems work, as these interventions validate existing strengths while unlearning thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve us. I utilize interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, compassion focused therapy, among others.
My approach is whole person centered, and I use an eclectic blend of modalities that are tailored to each client. I believe that everyone has the right to radical self-love and I welcome people of all races, genders and sexual identities.
