And we now know that the root of every mental health disorder (and many physical diseases as well) is some form of unresolved trauma. Trauma refers to any moment in our lives that our resources were overwhelmed. Big or small, single events or years-long patterns-if we don't have the support to process it, we store it.
And when this stored trauma gets triggered, it interferes with our ability to be present and engaged in our lives. The good news is that you don't have to let trauma (or anxiety or depression, or any other issue!) run your life anymore. In fact, you can get rid of it, and all of it's manifestations, for good.
