Individual therapy allows us to explore your unique story and heal the parts of you keeping you stuck. Couples therapy provides the opportunity for couples to identify their destructive patterns and abandon blame in order to return to or begin a more loving, caring and mutually supportive relationship. Family therapy provides the opportunity and space to heal from relational trauma and connect to yourself and your loved ones in a deeper, more meaningful way.
We treat the spectrum of mental health issues and offer specialized care in the treatment of trauma and adverse life experiences through EMDR therapy. Our couples and family therapists are trained in Family Systems, Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy with a focus on healing relational trauma.

Women Overcoming Infidelity & Betrayal
Exclusively for women who are seeking to overcome infidelity and betrayal by their partners. This group addresses the specific type of trauma and pain involved in infidelity and betrayal; what happens to our bodies and minds as a result of the acute trauma effect and repeated offenses, lies and triggers; and how to heal within or without the offending partner. Join us! Seats are limited. This is a small, closed group and restarts in 8-week intervals.
