I am a person-centered therapist who utilizes an integrated, holistic approach to empower and support clients in gaining and maintaining wellness. Whenever possible, I incorporate animal and nature assisted interactions, art, or movement along with other evidence based practices to help clients facilitate change.
Simply put, my goal is to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. Therapy is tailored to meet your individual needs while utilizing strengths you already have, and developing new skills. Sessions can be held outdoors in a variety of environments, in an office setting, or via telehealth.
