My approach is simple, practical, and informed by a biopsychosocial lens. We can dive into your past while building resilience in coping with and accepting the present. This involves identifying negative beliefs, uprooting and processing trauma, working with both the mind and body to release negativity and ultimately, remembering your authentic self.
