Hello, You Amazing Being! I’m Traneaka Turner, a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. As someone with personal experience, seeking out mental health support can be difficult. I am here to be a space for you to navigate these onset of difficulties as you transition into your healing journey. With working with highly motivated individuals, my specialties are low self-esteem, relational difficulties, anxiety, attachment wounds, and navigating generational traumas. I implement an integrative approach within my work with you to treat all parts of you.
There are so many aspects of life that impact us as people and in order to provide the best service each intricate piece of you must be considered. My approach is eclectic: a mix of client-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
