I tend to work with deeply sensitive women who are either spiritual seekers or spiritually curious. Many of my clients identify as the black sheep in their family and struggle to find a sense of belonging in their adult lives. I may be the right therapist for you if it feels like younger, wounded parts of you are keeping you stuck. I’m passionate about lovingly tending to those younger parts, so that your mature, confident, and authentic self can thrive. I also may be the right fit for you if it feels like your life imploded with a major life change. I can help you process the fear and grief that accompanies these changes.
As a holistic therapist, I draw on various modalities that address you as a whole person - body, mind, spirit, and soul. Depending on your concerns, we may explore inner-child work to tend to your wounded inner child, somatic work for nervous system regulation, and soul-centered depth concepts, such as mythology and archetypes to honor your soul's journey.
My style is warm, relational, and deeply empathic. Our connection and a shared sense that we are a good fit for one another is essential. I place a high value on forming a strong therapeutic relationship so that you can feel safe and supported to do the hard work that is necessary for lasting change.
