It's not easy to make a decision about needing some clarity and support. No one received a playbook on life. Often what got us here will not get us there. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with additional training for specialties in trauma (EMDR and ART trained) substance use issues for individuals/family and shame resilience( Brené Brown). I worked many years in addiction services for professionals. I describe my style as collaborative, empathic, direct and a little humor.
Experience taught me that all of us, every walk of life, can use help dealing with the issues that keep us unfulfilled and enduring what might be changed. I've worked with clients from all circumstances, sexual orientations, beliefs and backgrounds. I welcome all.
