Being a transparent person and working in the field of addiction has helped me relate and understand others in their recovery journeys. My purpose today is to help others figure out their ways that they want to live a healthier better life and how they can do that with talk therapy. The ideal client would be someone that is open and willing to make changes in their lives and to grow by self reflecting on where they want to go in their future.
My speciality is substance abuse, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorders. I can help you understand your reasons and how to overcome those obstacles of life and living in the present today.
