As your therapist, I will meet you where you are at. I consider your strengths and history to help you attain your goals or your desired outcome for therapy. I am compassionate about my clients and love seeing their personal growth in the therapy process. I offer tools and interventions for change. The therapy modalities that I use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and a Solution Focused approach toward meeting goals that are created collaboratively. I work with individuals to better communication skills, assertiveness skills, and empowerment for self-esteem building.
I have extensive experience working with people in recovery from opioid addiction or OUD. I am knowledgeable and compassionate about helping people recover and heal from Opioid Use Disorder.
