I have 26 years of experience utilizing various supportive tools to help you create a sacred space within. We will map out your present journey to get a clear picture of where you would like to go on your path. I work collaboratively with you to ensure your comfort, progress, and growth. Art experience is not necessary for your participation and creative expression.
I specialize in bringing underlying thoughts, beliefs, and concepts into consciousness through imagery by immersing oneself in the creative process. I work compassionately and passionately with empathy to make sessions supportive, positive, and playful. I use Essential Oil Therapy, Reiki, and Guided Visualization to complement the art process.
I create a plan of care to fit each unique individual. If I have done my part, you will walk away from sessions feeling calm, clear, and more confident. You will have less tension in your body and experience less symptoms of depression, anxiety, and pain.Clients can expect to feel seen, heard and able to create a toolbox of coping methods to draw upon daily.
