Invest in yourself by taking the opportunity to heal as a whole: mind/body/spirit. Holistic psychotherapy combines ancient wisdom with modern psychology and science. I believe in down-to-earth humor, client inner wisdom, and an eclectic bunch of powerhouse therapy tools to accelerate healing without it feeling so overwhelming. My office is warm, comfortable and casual, as is my vibe. I am currently taking adults and older teens struggling with; chronic/ acute pain, difficult life transitions/ changes, trauma (large or small, past or current), grief, sadness, anxiety, phobias, depression and more!
I like mixing old world; Holy Fire Reiki, meditation, aromatherapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique (acupressure) with modern psychotherapy including trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting. Additionally, I am a Laughter Yoga Instructor.
My holistic style may seem "woo-woo" to some, but is firmly rooted in science, common sense and is all evidence based. Grounded in many years of my own training/ experiences and in my client's lived experiences, too. Since I am NOT the expert of you, I keep my style open, flexible and holistic. Highly customized and adaptive to maximize healing potential.
