Respectful, collaborative therapy. Are you sensitive, sad or anxious? Are there questions in your relationships? Do you feel shame or regret about yourself or your body, or struggle with other distressing thought or behavior patterns? Are there memories of childhood neglect or other trauma? I help people explore & come to terms with issues like these. My education and training have given me detailed perspectives about some of the concerns that trouble people - as well as underlying wounds, challenges and complicated feelings that come up in dealing with them. This includes working with personal, generational &/or systemic trauma.
A broad, psychodynamic & integrative background & trauma-informed lens help me work openly, sensitively & flexibly with adult individuals to meet their therapy or life goals. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I practice within the profession's highest ethical standards, which includes respect for diversity. Some evening & weekend hours available.
My standardized fee is $165 for a fifty-minute appointment. Often I work to set a discounted rate &/or extend sessions to best fit needs if people prefer not to use insurance for privacy or other reasons. At this time I offer mainly teletherapy. Clinical consultation / informal supervision &/or life coaching on a private pay basis are also available.
